An 87,000 sq. ft. fully climate controlled building, located on 20 acres with city services. A complex process flow analysis was used to develop the plant layout. Our stock storage and in process flow is supportive of a work load that is unpredictable.
Up to 4 semi trailers can be simultaneously loaded/unloaded under roof and 2 of these are recessed docks with leveling type loading ramps allowing lift truck access onto the rear of the trailer floor. One of the recessed docks also has accessibility from the side of the trailer. The enclosed areas are either air conditioned or fully ventilated for diesel fume disposal and all except one can be served by 25-ton overhead crane.
